Do you have a clear vision? For yourself? For your life? For your business or passion project?

Having a clear vision can be a powerful tool in helping us clarify what is it that we want to do this year (or over the next few years)? What is it that we want to change, embrace, try, let go of, start, finish, and see? What are we working towards?

The reality is that for many of us – myself included – life gets busy.  We’re off ticking all the boxes and doing ‘the right things’ the things we think we should be doing and then one day we look up and realise we’ve lost touch with our vision.

For me, it wasn’t that long ago that I’d given up on having a vision for my life that really lit me up – that gave me that fizzy heart feeling. I thought I was destined for an average life, one that was always a bit of a struggle.

Going through the process of getting clear on my vision and reconnecting with it has literally changed the course of my life. It is one of my favourite – and one of the most powerful – exercises I do now; for myself and with my incredible clients.

So if you feel like you’ve lost touch with what you want, I’ve made a short video for you with my fave exercises to help you develop a vision for yourself and your life.

Now is a great time to do this, so you can use your beautiful vision to carry you through the rest of the year.

Next week, I’ll be back with another video sharing some tips on how you can use your beautiful vision as a daily tool to guide action and move you closer to making it your reality.

In the meantime, I would love to know if you have a vision for yourself and your life that gives you that fizzy heart feeling? If not, what steps will you take to start getting clear on it and reconnecting with it?

Go ahead and be brave by sharing in the comments below – we are all in this together and here to support one another!!

See you next week,
